Go Pass on Clipper request form

Eligible employees, graduate students and postdoctoral scholars: Use this form to request Caltrain Go Pass on your Clipper Card. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your Go Pass to load onto your card.

Activation and Reactivation
Go Passes for eligible commuters are valid for the full calendar year (through December). The 2019 Go Pass will be activated in four month increments to avoid Clipper’s 180-day deactivation policy. If you remain eligible, P&TS will automatically renew your Go Pass every four months (i.e., April, August, and December), and you will not need to take any action.

Lost, Stolen, and Replacement Cards
Contact our office directly to request a replacement for a lost or stolen card; Do not submit a request through this web page.
